Payment for a session is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.
Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or can be transferred to another appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are normally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
If I ever need to reschedule your appointment, you will be offered the earliest suitable alternative or a full refund. All sessions are confidential..
