TFT or Thought Field Therapy (aka the Callahan Technique) is a remarkable and quick therapy that gets rid of people’s anxieties and fears.
I am trained to a high level and will pick TFT over RTT where appropriate.
The technique is based around tapping on certain parts of your face, hands and body in specific alorithms. You are fully clothed, and this can be done in person or online (over Zoom or Skype). You do the tapping, mirrooring what I do, so no person to person touch is involved.
TFT is the forerunner of the simpler EFT; it is more specific and does not require you to repeat affirmations.
