RAR (Rapid Anxiety Relief™)

RAR is a powerful Tapping procedure developed by Jacqui Carrel. Some issues can be often resolved within minutes.

RAR Tapping was developed to release anxiety, though Jacqui uses special adaptations to treat other negative feelings such as fear, anger, jealousy, shame, simple trauma and more. For complex traumas, TFT and SPT (see below) are usually used instead.

RAR can take place in person or over a video call while you are sitting down in non-bulky, comfortable clothes. You will be asked periodically to ‘tune in’ to your ‘thought field’ and to give the emotion you are feeling a value from 1-10, where ’10’ means it is really bad and ‘1’ means the issue has gone.

TFT (Thought Field Therapy™)

TFT uses a technique known as Tapping; Jacqui works at diagnostic level. Here, Jacqui directs you to tap (using the tips of your fingers) in very specific sequences at certain points along your meridians (special energy channels in your body).

Tapping in certain ways helps release negative feelings such as anxiety, fear, anger, jealousy, shame, trauma and more. It can also help with some physical issues. TFT is specific and targeted, and therefore unlike some other Tapping methods you may have come across.

TFT can take place in person or over a video call while you are sitting down in non-bulky, comfortable clothes. You will be asked periodically to ‘tune in’ to your ‘thought field’ and to give the emotion you are feeling a value from 1-10, where ’10’ means it is really bad and ‘1’ means the issue has gone.

As the TFT session commences, you will find your negative emotion begins to diminish and eventually disappear – it’s like magic!

Sessions can be very quick but are sometimes slowed a little because of an ‘energy toxin’ in your thought field – this means there is something that you have eaten, drunk, touched, smelled or been close to that is interfering with your progress.

For this reason, prior to your session, please avoid strong perfumes (including laundry soaps), tobacco, alcohol and anything you know you have an intolerance to. Place mobile devices away from you. If this issue arises, Jacqui will help you overcome these effects, allowing the treatment to recommence.

Each session bundle comprises one full 45-60 minute session plus one 30-minute follow-up session.

Note of interest: Thought Field Therapy™ (also known as The Callahan Technique™) was devised by the late Dr Roger Callahan. The TFT legacy is carried out worldwide under the aegis of Dr Callahan’s widow, Joanne Callahan. TFT was the first of the Tapping therapies.

STP (SignPost Therapy™)

SPT is a new, innovative form of hypnotherapy developed by successful Clinical Hypnotherapist Carrel. It has been designed to get to the nub of an issue holding you back and release you from it – often in just one or two sessions.

While we find the ‘blocks’ causing your issues, you are not directed to relive upsetting scenes. Under my guidance, you find and talk with the ‘blocks’. We remove the blocks, which release the associated negative feelings.

(Please note that some people spontaneously do visit scenes, but they rarely cause further upset.)

Each session bundle comprises one full 45 to 60-minute session plus one 30-minute follow-up session.

How ‘blocks’ affect you

Issues occur when you have a ‘block’ or ‘blocks’ around something.
– These blocks are your mind’s way of protecting you against one or more painful or traumatic memories
– They may have been helpful at the time, but years later, they are not
– Blocks need to be identified and dealt with – otherwise, your issue stays with you

Blocks can affect different areas of your life; for example:
– Mental health: anxiety, fears, phobias, depression, poor relationships
– Physical health: yo-yo weight loss and gain, fatigue, chronic conditions, muscle pain, diabetes*
– Business: ‘imposter syndrome’, cash flow, being visible
These blocks can be removed with the SignPost Therapy™.

*NOTE: Physical health blocks can sometimes be better dealt with through RTT – see below.

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy)

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is an elegant and effective therapy that helps a huge range of mental, emotional and physical problems. Transformation can occur in one to three sessions, saving many months of therapy.

A session combines elements of hypnosis, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), meaning it can bring about profound changes very quickly.

RTT can be carried out face-to-face or online with equal effectiveness, though all sessions are currently carried out online because of the COVID pandemic. Some issues can be solved in one session, while others need two or three. (See FAQs here.)

session bundle comprises one full 90-120 minute session plus one 30-minute follow-up session. You also have a recording to listen to at home for 21-30 days.

Bespoke Rapid Transformation session (1.5-2 hours)

During the RTT session, you may also be offered Tapping (either RAR or TFT – see above). Tapping can quickly wipe negative feelings. RTT investigates the root cause(s) of your problem through a special form of hypnosis that is an integral part of Rapid Transformational Therapy.

Once we have established the root cause(s), we extract any associated limiting beliefs and replace them with up-to-date, empowering versions.

Bespoke transformational recording

In the Transformation part of your RTT session, we replace the limiting beliefs with new, powerful beliefs that will serve you well. This part of the session is tailored to your individual needs and is recorded for you.

You must listen to the recording at least once a day for 21-30 days so that your transformation becomes permanent. (Of course, you can listen to it at any other point too.)
