RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is an elegant and effective therapy that helps a huge range of mental, emotional and physical problems. Transformation can occur in one to three sessions, saving many months of therapy.

A session combines elements of hypnosis, psychotherapy, neuro-lingusitic programming (NLP) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), meaning it can bring about profound changes very quickly.

RTT can be carried out face-to-face or online with equal effectiveness. Some issues can be solved in one session, while others need two or three. (See FAQs here.)

Depending on what we are working on, we’ll work with a mix of:
RTT (helping bringing about rapid transformation)
Coaching (helping build strategies, move on in new directions, etc)
Guidance (helping in specific areas – for example, outlining a nutritional plan that is right for you… but you wouldn’t need it if you were being treated for a fear of heights)
